Marián Morón is a Translation Graduate and holds a PhD from the University of Granada, Spain. She has professional experience in translation and translation-related professions, including international trade and businesses. In 2006, she started working as a Translation Lecturer at the University Pablo de Olavide in Seville and her fields of research are related to specialised translation, translators’ and interpreters’ employability, intercultural training and processes, and translator training in general.
Elisa Calvo studied Translation and Interpreting in Granada (Spain) where she also earned her PhD (2009). She has worked as a professional translator for over ten years. Today, Elisa works as a translator and interpreting trainer at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Seville. Her fields of interest are: intercultural communication processes, translation teaching and learning, field-specific translation and liaison interpreting.
